Group Dog Training for dogs over 5months

Venue is the United Reform Church, Cossham St, Mangotsfield, BS16 9EP and Oldbury Court Community Centre, Delebere Avenue, Fishponds, BS16 2ND

All training is kind and positive building that valuable bond between you and your dog. The use of punctiative methods, shouting or telling off are not used in any classes. Everyone is welcome in the training of you dog.

Puppy Training and Socialisation Group Classes (under 5months)

6 week course for 1 hour a week - £50 for whole course

Tues 29th June at 6.30pm (Fishponds)
Wed 14th July at 5.30pm (Mangotsfield)
Wed 21st July at 8.30pm (Mangotsfield)

Classes cover

Sit, Down Stand
Stay/Wait
Walking nicely on the lead around other dogs
Recall away from other dogs
Leave food/toys
Tricks
How not to jump up
Advice on play biting, toilet training, games to play with your puppy and more......

These classes are an excellent opportunity for the whole family to get involved in the crucial early training and socialisation of your puppy. At the classes we will work with you to assist you in understanding how to train your puppy, develop a great relationship and a solid foundation for future training. All the family are welcome and lessons are well structured, positve and kind to your dog.

Group Dog Training - dogs older than 5 months

6 1 hour lessons for £50; train every week or every other week

You can join a class at any point and train for as long as you wish.
You can work toward some fantastic fun club awards taken at your own pace (Junior, Senior, Graduate & Post Graduate).
Lessons are designed to assist in you on your way to having an obedient and well balanced dog which will benefit you in today's society.
Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze. Silver & Gold

Oakley Venue - Tuesday 12.30pm & 6.00pm

Mangotsfield Venue - Tuesday 7.30pm & 8.30pm

- Wednesday 6.30pm & 7.30pm

Training covers

Stay
Recall away from distractions (people, dogs, food).
Walk on and off lead in a controlled manner around dogs and people.
Manners around doorways, gates, in and out of the car.
Leave food or toys.
Sit, Down, Stand at a distance.
Emergency stop on recall
Sendaways and send to bed
